Meet Our Exceptional Summer Camp Team at YMCA Camp Bucks and Camp Hunterdon! Buckster, Mascot
Buckster was born and raised in Bucks County, PA. Two years ago, he graduated with honors from High School and has been working towards his Bachelor’s Degree in Fun with a minor in Hugs and High-Fives at the very prestigious YMCA University. This will be Buckster’s second summer at the YMCA. He made such an impact last summer that at the Staff Awards Night, “The Buckster,” was named in his honor. Buckster is most excited to meet all of the campers and dance with everyone to his favorite camp line dance, “Waka Waka.” Buckster loves playing Gaga at Holland, swimming at Quakertown, skateboarding in Doylestown, making art projects at Cabrini, exploring nature in New Hope and his all-time favorite camp memory is greeting campers in the morning but he always hates saying goodbye in the afternoon. Buckster can’t wait for his first summer at Palisades. Fun Fact: Buckster lives under the Teen Center at the Doylestown YMCA!

Carlie Bearn
Director of Camp
Carlie has been with the Y since 2016 as the director of Child Care and Adventure camp. She worked 3 summers as a camp counselor until she graduated from Indiana University of Pa. in 2011. She enjoys the fun and buzz that camp brings each year. Her favorite camp memory would be swimming at Terry Hill water park and Disney and Tie Dye Days! Fun Fact: Carlie’s favorite ice cream is a dusty road sunde. She also has a Labradoodle puppy named Callie.
Kyle Creighton
Director of Membership Engagement and Youth Development
Kyle graduated from Delaware Valley University with his Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2019. Kyle has been working with the YMCA of Bucks County in Quakertown for the past 6 years in our Youth Development Department. Kyle enjoys playing sports and rooting for the Philadelphia 76ers and Dallas Cowboys. Kyle's favorite ice cream flavor is mint chocolate chip!
Becky Musselman
Advanced Director of Aquatics and Ability Programs
Becky has worked at the Y in various aquatic positions for 29 years. She started swimming on the swim team at age 6 through college. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BS in Human Services. She has two teenagers and loves to garden, hike, and paddleboard.
Fun Fact: Becky will be on a 12 day backpacking trip in New Mexico this summer, and her favorite ice cream is vanilla with many toppings.
Sarah Siegel
Associate Aquatics Director
I have been with the Y for 17 years! Along with helping Becky in the Aquatics Department I also run the YMCA's swim team the Quakertown Barracudas. In the past I have also coached for Quakertown High School for 2 years, SOLECO for 2 years and was a camp counselor for School House Learning Center for 2 years. My favorite part of coaching is getting to see the swimmers grow and learn. In my spare time I like to work in my gardens and spend time outside. Favorite ice cream: coffee chocolate chip
Madison Diamente
Gymnastics Camp Counselor
I attend Monmouth University, with a major of Homeland Security and minoring in Psychology. I am a cheerleader for Monmouth and have been cheering for 13 years. Fun fact: my favorite icecream is strawberry!
Jolene Head
Associate Director of Gymnastics
Jolene currently coaches gymnastics classes and teams. She has been coaching at the YMCA since 2018. She has a Masters's Degree in Youth Counseling and Restorative Practices and an undergraduate degree in Child and Youth Development. Fun Fact: Her favorite ice cream is vanilla.
Sheyenne Kratzer
Jr. Adventure Camp Counselor
I have been working in the YMCA of Bucks County, Quakertown since 2018. I currently work in Child Care and Stay & Play. I started as a volunteer and that year was also my first year becoming a camp counselor. Fun Fact: My favorite ice cream flavor is mint chocolate chip.
Jade Wilhelm
Gymnastics Coach
Jade spends her days as a math teacher at LCTI in Schnecksville, and her nights as a gymnastics coach at the YMCA in Quakertown. She has been coaching at the Y for 4 years, and has a total of 32 years experience coaching gymnastics. She has been married 17 years and has 3 wonderful daughters. Fun Fact: Jade's favorite ice cream flavor is banana, although chocolate chip cookie dough is a close second.

Catherine Refice
Associate Director of Financial Assistance
Catherine attended LaSalle University earning a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology. Catherine has been with our Y and a valued member of our Camp Leadership team for 18 years. Catherine is at camp each Monday morning, and is excited to see opening ceremonies and another summer of fun! Fun Fact: Catherine’s favorite ice cream flavor is Black Cherry!
